Telkom mbile contract not being cancelled

<p>Mondo sold me telkom mobile contract in October 2016. The admitted that what they sold me was not what i was getting and the contract would be cancelled in January. They came to collect their wifi modem that was supp**** and said that the contract will cancelled. 5 months later and i am still paying for a contract that Telkom said will be cancelled. When will they stop?</p>
