Telkom & mbdcs

Telkom continue to be ridiculous, using a company called mbdcs to threatening law abiding citizens and potentially messing up one's credit rating for money apparently owed to them. This after I formally closed and full paid up the telkom account at closure.

Telkom, sort out the mess in your client accounts. And start talking to your (ex)clients before you provide incorrect information to companies like mbdcs.

Why should I pay money to some random account given to me over the phone by someone cold calling me and claiming that they work for a company named mbdcs collecting debt on behalf of Telkom? Why does mbdcs have some information about my telkom account info without you telling me that you will be giving it to them? Why when I ask them to verify the source of this information they can't say, demanding instead that I should give them my email address? Then when I refuse to, because I can't trust the caller, aren't they willing to verify exactly what information about me they have? If they are as ligitimate as they say they are why can't they get my correct contact details from telkom directly ? But no, instead they prefer to put the phone down and just cold call you again 2 days later.

Again Telkom, please immediately sort out this mess, talk directly to your clients and then update your mbdcs cronies accordingly.

Why is this still not resolved? Your debt collectors are still phoning and messaging me.
