Telkom /MBD UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

I have cancelled my telkom account 2 years ago and obtained a final statement which shows i have a credit balance with telkom ,they have however handed me over to a debt collector called MBD and after numerous calls to Telkom i am still being harrassed by these debt collectors claiming i owe telkom over a R1000 .I have even sent the statement to the debt collector showing that i do not owe telkom but never the less they continue to harass me .

Telkom need to deal with this and get them to stop and they will not listen to me as i have requested several times after providing proof. Telkom refuses to call them as well to inform them i do not owe them any money.

This is frustrating and rather unprofessional from a big telecommunications company like telkom who hand owe clients for no apparent reason
