Telkom - maverick business operations

<p>So Telkom advertises the data deal of the month and I decided to buy online. The Telkom website takes me through the purchasing process, which seems fairly straightforward and functional. As normal, I was a bit hesitant to load my banking detail, but decided to do anyway, since dealing with Telkom. At the end of the process, when I expected to add my delivery address or see the connection detail, I only got a message: "a Telkom consultant will call you". Three days later, still no call received and as mentioned, Telkom no has quite sensitive information of mine. My advice to the public: never deal with Telkom online. I know that their walk-in centres sucks, but rather take your business elsewhere</p> <p> </p>
