Telkom Maponya store poor service

On Tuesday I went to Telekom store in Maponya for a phone application, a lady by the name of Portia assisted me and though their system was offline she did the application manually. On Thursday I was told that the application has been approved and i can go to a store to fetch it. I went there later that day, again the same lady who helped me on Tuesday was there and told me the system is offline and she cannot release the phone unfortunately but if i come on Monday she will help me. I explained to her that Monday i must skip work for me to come here and is more money for me to be here. But because I want the phone i went there today, just to my surprise Portia is off today and their SYSTEM again is down. Telkom please help to explain what kind of service is this, cause according to me this ia is a poor service and it is costing me my time. ???
