Telkom maponya mall ****!!

I went To telkom maponya mall yesterday to purchase a phone...then when I got back home later I realized that the phone don’t support the app I I wanted to download(bolt driver) then when I returned it to the store I was told that they cannot take it back nor put a difference and get another phone....I wasn’t told anything about the return policy and I wasn’t given anything to read and sign so I can know what I’m getting my self into....instead the supervisor(nonhlanhla nxumalo) told me to sell the phone somewhere if I don’t want it and the manager(zimkhitha mtyutu) said there’s nothing she can do even when I asked her about the return policy why wasn’t I explained or given a document to read and sign...she just said unfortunately it’s my loss just like that.
