Telkom Maponya Disgusting service

I went to the telkom branch in Jabulani mall and I was attended by a very unfriendly assistant, Cameron. He was not helpful at all.. I even had to beg for him to contact the call center so they could assist with my query. The second time I went there, I had another bad experience. I took a ticket number and waited to be called so they can help me and no one did. People who came before me were attended to and I was ignored. I went to a guy named cliff and asked him why I wasn't attended to and he couldn't answer. He continued to help other people who came after me while I waited AGAIN. I went to the store the 3rd time, a girl named sonto didn't greet or welcome me to the store. She stood so far away from me and asked what she could and I could barely hear her. She clearly didn't want to help me. When I arrived at her desk she told me which documents they needed from me, while I was taking them out of my bag, she proceeded to help other people and ignored me. I told her that she can't be busy with other people and sideline me, she then started arguing with me. Another guy called me and said he is willing to help.. when I told him why I'm unhappy with what sonto did, he told me that if I continue to complain then he can't help me. I was disgusted by his response and asked for a manager, only to find out its cliff. He didn't even ask any of the staff to apologize for the appalling service, he also didn't apologize for my bad experience in his store. He seemed annoyed by me, it was clear. I was then assisted a good guy, Tshepo, he listened and helped me. He built rapport and made jokes. I wish he could help me every day. Service at Maponya is ridiculous
