Telkom Manhole flooding

My mother and I have reported a problem regarding a manhole next to our outside wall, owned by Telkom, because the flooding of the water inside has damaged our fence wall. They have since said that they would get us assistance, but we haven't heard from them in months. Now water has left the wall rotten and water is coming into the yard.
