TELKOM MANAGERS AND TEAM LEADERS ARE INCOMPITENT!!!

I have recently sent out my case ********** 9 and it still not been resolved as they are still billing the call center agent keeps on forwarding my case to the managers and team leaders and for 2 months my problem has not been solved. I need to know why they are sitting their doing nothing when your colleague sent out the email and they look at the case and they just Say let him start shouting and performing which i will do at your branches the mall security will put me out of that mall when i am done with you people. MY CONTRACTS NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED. ********** 627 and ********** 141
