Telkom managerial service is pathetic

Good day.

I’d like to officially lay my complaint against the manager of Telkom in the Bayside mall branch Raani.

The service we’ve received from her has been tremendously disgusting. She was rude, stubborn and none cooperative.

My wife came for a cellphone contract for a device they don’t have stock of, we said it’s fine we’ll wait, we’ve waited for weeks until returning and she said she told us she will let us know, we don’t have to come in they will call us, we must just wait like the other customers. We told her that’s not how you speak to a client, she responded well that’s how she does, we mustn’t tell her how to speak and bother her staff with trivial matters.

The way she spoke to her staff as well disgusting, no wonder the faces looks so bleak when stepping into the branch.

Her conduct is not of a manager and shouldn’t represent the company, apparently there’s numerous people who had similar incidents with her, including wrong colour devices as she apparently booked it in incorrectly and made the client feel stupid because it’s just a colour, however the client will be paying for that phone for however long the contract commitment is, and not her.

Poor management skills and shouldn’t be allowed to manage in such a corporate institution
