Telkom mampara service provider
Pathetic service at telkom secunda branch. Purchased a new 10 gig lte promotion offer only to find no access to network. Came in at 9:45 to cancel the contract and nobody can assist, told their manager is not here. Stood in the queue twice and still dont my account details to log in to cancel. Telkoms new system is not working. I wonder if their staff is properly trained.

I did not receive a reply.
The contract was cancelled within 7 days within the device returned but i still get debit orders for the last 3 months. Disgusting service from Telkom!
