TELKOM MALL@CARNIVAL STAFF HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was so diabolical by how the staff reacted on me and my daughter this past sunday the 10th March 2019,They couldn't help us with a simswap as my daughter was present in the store upon my request,That is not the case though Im abhorrent of how they treated me over the phone as I pleased to communicate with one of the consultant who was helping my daughter at their Telkom mall@carnival they literally told her they don't want to take my call they gave her the number I could call to explain my request,Guess what !!! they just looked at the store landline ringing no one answered as my daughter was standing in the store for their assistant HOW RUDE!!!!
