Telkom Mall of the South, rude staff , pathetic service, waste of time.

My husband and I went to upgrade a cell phone on the 28th of January 2018, we were advised that they do not have the phone in stock and they are waiting for delivery but it will there by monday the 29th of January, we were assisted by a very helpfull lady, Nelly. She processed the upgrade and we told her we will return on monday to collect the device.

On Monday the 29th of January we went to the store, we were told the courier is on their way but they cannot tell us how long it will be as the courier cannot disclose their location due to the large amount of hijackings, we found that understandable so we told them its fine we will do some shopping and return, upon our return the device was still not delivered, Nelly then told us it will be in store by the 30th, she also advised that she was on leave and handed over to her "supervisor" Sibusiso who is the most insensitive sales person i have ever met, as she was handing over he was not paying attention to a thing she was saying,I asked for the store managers details and a contact number and Sibusiso refused to give me the information, we left the store agreeing to return on the 30th.

On the 30th we tried again, we were then told that the manager Felicia was supposed to collect the device from Southgate and she didnt, so another day wasted, more petrol wasted and still no Phone, losing our patience we asked for the manager to call us, on the 31st January Felicia called us and apologised stating that there was never a courier on route nor was she ever asked to collect our device from anywhere, she however did agree that she will collect our device and we can collect it later that evening,

We went into store and our device was finally there , we were then very rudely told that we were liable to pay for January (even though there was less than 6 hours left of january) I was furious by their attitute but all we wanted was to take our Phone and leave, I will never ever return to ANY TELKOM STORE
