Telkom - Mall of the South

<p> I bought a Huawei P9 Lite (17/12/2016) on the 25/12/2016 I saw there was a defect on the screen. I sent it in (30/12/2016). It is now hte 23/01/2017 and still do not have my phone. They have not let me know anything about it. It was only booked in on the 12th of January. Such Poor Service from Telkom. WHERE IS MY PHONE? </p>
