Telkom Mall of The North Bad BAD service.

Telkom Mall of The North and their insurance company Finrite Administrators are the worst service i’ve experienced with cellphone devices.

I took my phone is for repairs on March the 17th and they have nothing to say to me about where it is or what is happening. On top of that Finrite seems like a definite ****. They don’t answer phones, they don't respond to emails and they only send texts asking for money.

The Manager at Telkom Mall of the North said he can’t help us. Rude as hell, he gave us a number to call - Finrite. Did they answer? Of course not.

I wonder is Telkom and Finrite are working together to **** customers of insurance money - to never even process claims!?
