TELKOM MALL OF SOUTH....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day

My parents have been to your Mall of South Branch 6 times without help. The consultants keep playing with them , maing them sit in the queue.They tll them to keep coming the next day early so that they can phone one of the operators for help.How much earlier must they be there, ass 4pm is still within hours. Everytime i have to take my parents to the mall and take off work.Your service is pathetic.A consultant took my dads ID book and gave it to the wrong customer waiting int he queue as well.All they want to do is a sim swap on the landline as the sim card was not delivered to the house. A lady by the name of Nomsa promised to call them and has not.Please call my mum on ***- Zubeida
