Telkom, Mall of Africa Shop

I have taken a contract with Telkom in Mall of Africa Shop for Hauwei on the 16 Feb and within a two weeks i was billed with R884.00 instead of R300. The R884.00 can not be explained.I went to query with them but nothing was taken serious, and I also send an email asking for clarify with the call records ,nothing has been done.

Please assist me with the cancellation process.
