Telkom Mall of Africa is the worst!!

For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to do a change of ownership on a prepaid Sim from my name to my wife's name. 2 weeks of going to the Mall of Africa store to no avail. When you call the customer care line they inform you it can only be handled at store level. But how does this help me yet the store has failed ? I ask who it can be escalated to and the agent says go to the store then she hangs up the phone when I asked for her name. Telkom staff are something else sigh.....
