Telkom Mall of Africa ******

On the 7th of November 2018 I went to the telkom mall of Africa store and bought an iPhone 8, I opted for insurance and I was told by the agent Dinah Makibelo that the phone is insured and she gave me an.insurance reference number.

When I call the insurance to claim they say I am not insured. Turns out the agent never insured the phone. Now they are giving me the run around saying they will fix it. It's been weeks and I am still waiting. This is ***** , and the manager didn't even have the decency to come speak to me when I was in the store for 2 hours to figure out the matter.

Appalling service from Telkom as a whole, no one can help.
