Telkom mall of Africa branch

I went to have my number updated from prepaid and they said it will take 5 days to be active and once activated I will get a call…I waited and waited only to go to the store to be told that it’s activated. No remorse whatsoever. Telkom staff are the worst especially Mall of Africa staff…
