Telkom Mall Of Africa bad service

<p>I went to telkom Mall Of Africa to do my upgrade there told me there don't have the phone I am looking for but there will order one for me, I waited for two weeks then I deceided to go back and only to find out my query is not being attended and 3 people were assisting me but all of them couldn't resolve mu problem. Its been over a month going to Telkom Mall of Africa but I am not getting any assistance. </p>
