Telkom Mall of Africa.

This telkom is useless. My mother went there because her router was broken, she was told they can't fix it and that she has to upgrade. She did just that and when she was about to verify her fingerprints they told her the machine is not working. This was on Monday, it's now Thursday and we are getting the same story. My mother has to work and she can't do that because this store is ***********. I would never advise anyone to get anything from Telkom, it's just a shame that I have a contract with you personally. After I'm done paying it off, I will not return. I've had the worst experiences at this store. Now this store has gone way too far. My mother is told to wait for the back office, what hurts is that she will have to pay for services she did not use.
