Telkom Mall@Reds Shocking

Evening.. hope someone can urgently assist ...have been to Telkom Mall@Reds now 9 times in past 2 months...manager not allowed to talk to me...staff pathetic and doing nothing and costing ur company money.....my wife is currently in Nairobi Kenia and we have asked for her nr be activated as she currently doesnt receive any sms messages etc as for example when her salary is paid in she doesnt get notified via ems etc....even after today they said this shall take another 5 days.. been waiting 2 months...can sum1 urgently assist pls
