Telkom Mall@55 - Absolutely Useless Service

I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service I received at Telkom Mall@55. I went there to apply for a phone and ended up wasting 3 days of my life for absolutely nothing.

The first day I went in, I was left waiting while a bunch of agents stood outside gossiping and doing nothing. No one bothered to help. I left. Came back the next day, same story had to wait ages for just one agent to finish with a customer before I was finally helped.

I was told the phone would arrive in 3 days. Cool. I waited. No call. No update. No nothing. I had to go back to the store myself, only to be told my application had been cancelled for what reason? No one could even explain. Now suddenly the phone will only be available in 3–4 weeks?

What a joke.

If I didn’t follow up, no one would’ve said a word. This is the definition of *********** and careless service. I ended up cancelling everything because clearly customer service is not a priority at this branch.

Telkom Mall@55 needs serious management intervention. Don’t waste your time like I did.
