Telkom making their problem mine

My new internet service provider submitted a line order migration request to Telkom about a week ago. Two days later the said service provider sent me an email saying their line order migration request was rejected by Telkom because of a 'pending order' on my landline. They said I should call Telkom and cancel the pending order. My issue is that it is impossible to get hold of Telkom agents who can help sort out my problem. I spoke to two Telkom agents today who said that there is an order for EDSL on my landline. One said I should cancel the order, the other said the order should be approved. The latter agent tried to approve the order but was unsuccessful. She said she sent the Wholesales Department an email about this and would forward me their response. I'm still waiting for a response. I cancelled my mobile internet contract with Telkom for exactly this reason. No one at Telkom could ever provide me with the answers I needed after I had to hold on for 20min+ every time I tried to speak to someone. Can someone please, for the love of God, tell me if the pending order needs to be cancelled or not and who I need to speak to to either cancel it or have the order approved.
