Telkom making profits by incorrectly billing unsuspecting customers.

Beware telkom is a **** they are increasing profits by automatically billing customers for service they did not use. On the 27 October 2019 I ran out of data on my telkom contract data, I then decided to buy data on my personal MTN sim that will last me until the beginning of November 2019. I now discovered that Telkom has billed me with out of data usage bill of R500 between 28 - 31 October 2019. The funny thing is that the sim was offline but I was billed for something I did not use. I spoke with an call center agent who told me she can't log a complaint for data that I used. I must pay or else...
