Telkom making my like living hell

Telkom has been debiting my account but i have not received a statement even worse it shows on credit bereu as my account is in errors i called several times but give empty promise , im struggling now with my home loan coz of only Telkom an account of 170 a month.i tried to ask to terminate the contract so that i get letter to show to bank but still with no success noone is calling me back when i call they tell me they can't transfer calls. I'm desperate im willing to pay cancellation fees of this contract and just cut ties with telkom
