telkom making my life a leaving hell

<p>In October 2016 I have received a deduction from my account of 4000 from telkom mobile, I don't own any telkom products,so I called telkom to findout what's going I was then told to go to a police station to write an affidavit the take to the nearest telkom outlet of which I did they then open a "*****uant account"meaning they will envestingate and the won't be any deductions until the envestigations have been done to my suprise they deducted R9000 on my account again in November I called again same thing done and now when I call they tell they can't do anything,iam now on credit bearrue because they are taking to their lawyers for this and I have horrible credit score. If this would really help am desparet </p>
