Telkom making my children starve

My phone cannot pick up the Telkom network, I ask for help no call centre, ask the agents on Twitter none of them can assist. I go to the branch, they still turn me back because I have a driver's licence instead of an ID.fyi I had just gotten my bank statement with proof of ID as my driver's licence. I just wanna get my phone working as I can only get my ID next month. My business is battling as my clients aren't able to get a hold of me because of a mere ID... Of which I have a form of identity that they refuse to accept without a reasonable explanation.
