Telkom making money from *****

Someone has been tapping my telephone line for more than a year. It also could be poor wiring from Telkom engineers. I have reported billing irregularity to Telkom many times but they take very little action. I have been credited for a few months but the problem still goes unaddressed. No one in Telkom seems to take accountability. I have paid thousands of Rands in international phone calls that I never made. A poor reflection on this company that appears to want to make money from ********** transactions.
