Telkom making me wait phone lines not repaired for 1 month

<p>Hello on 17 August 2016 I reported fault with</p> <p>telkom. Reference number 518CNK190816 ,as my lines static was very bad couldn't hear anything.a technician came.out on 23,tested line ,after he left the lines went completely dead ,ever since.I called telkom they keep telling me cables are damage east side cables. This is goin on past one month with no land line and adsl.as I depend on business with adsl no luck ,is this service we been getting is really up setting ,all the houses on my road telephone lines are working accept mine</p> <p>When will telkom resolve my problem I am on the verge of changing service providers.telkom service is from bad to worse ,as a loyal customer I am very up set lost business over the coming months</p>
