TELKOM MAKING ME PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE

App**** for iPhone7 online, Telkom delivered iPhone6. After being contacted,they sent a courier to fetch the wrong order. They cancelled my order BUT now they just debited me “R6 681.00” apparently it’s a penalty for cancelling a contract. I’m tired of going back and forth trying to rectify this error!!!! Please fix this TELKOM...
