Telkom, making me pay for a phone that was never delievered

<p>I app**** for a contract phone online with Telkom, weeks ago, I had since recieved two calls telling me about my contract saying once approved, I will get the phone. Up to today, I have not recieved confrimation of the contract via emai, nor have they confirmed with me that all details are correct. All I have recieved thus far is an sms, that says my account will be debited, but what about the phone? Does Telkom really expect me to pay for a phone that is not there? Telkom, does not answer calls, emails, chats or any other medium o communication who can I talk tooo?? I am really fed up with Telkom</p>
