Telkom making deals on products they don't have.

It’s 3 months now, I’m still waiting for the Telkom Westgate Clearwater Mall branch to call me back and give me my wireless. I bought a S8 Plus which comes with a wireless charger. Right after completing the application form I was told that they don't have the wireless charger in stock I have to wait till the 1st week of January 2018. I went to the Clearwater Mall Telkom branch to collect my wireless charger several times and each time I was told that they still do not have stock. It's the 05th of March and still no wireless charger.

Why is Telkom making deals on products they don't have???
