Telkom - Making a comeback?

Hi All,<br> <br> I have been a customer with Telkom mobile for a while now, and I have not been impressed with their service (Or lack there of) in recent months.<br> <br> However I recently app**** for a new contract online when my mobile phone broke. <br> At first I was very reluctant to go to Telkom given my bad experiences in the past. <br> <br> However Mlungisi Sibiya (Online Call Center) had has changed my perspective on Telkom, even while I was difficult when applying for the contract Mlungisi showed patients with me, continued to assist me, and took out extra time to keep me informed on what was happening. <br> <br> It has been a while since I've impressed with Telkom, and it would appear as though Telkom is making a come back.<br> <br> Keep up the good work Mlungisi & Telkom.
