Telkom makes us pay but gives no service

So I am not even going to type my story again as I already have one hello peter that was outstanding. So I make an advanced payment due to telkoms in competence to actually manage a debit order. But guess what my service will only come back in 14 days. But it gets better. Telkom so kindly stated that I will be taken to court...wow you guys are honestly messed up...they wont respond to this either but that's fine, I am going straight to the competitions council...surely someone will give a ****.
