TELKOM MAKES MY LIFE HELL, WHY ARE THEY REAPING US OFF?

<p>In May 2014 i got a cellphone contract with telkom for S4 phone, where i was billed as if i have S5 and the issue took telkom 4 month to resolve and my contract were suppose to end in April 2016 but they dragged it to August 2016, i tried to query it but i ended up excepting that my contract is ending in Augut. on the 2nd of July i went to Telkom Kolonnade to cancel my contract and and my sim card, i called call center several times to follow up but nothing happend..on the 8th of August i received an sms stating that my number have being migrated to prepaid and they billed me R400 and they also send me 250MB and 50 Minutes and they say is recaring and they also billed me for that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can telkom please cancel my account, Why are they reaping up off.</p>
