Telkom makes me WEEP

Telkom, dear Telkom. I have many more grey hairs than i care to admit. In my mid 20s, i should be leading a carefree and wonderful life. Unfortunately my work requires functioning phones 24/7, so this has put me in a pickle due to it being my job to rectify anything wrong in the office. I have never had more grey hairs, nightmares and emtional stress so bad that it has made me physicsally ill since before i started working with Telkom.

So my little story starts at the end of January.. with our phone lines being really crackly, breaking up and cutting off without any notice. It gets so bad that it completely cuts out. When you try to call in it says 'the number you have dialed does not exist' , 'the number you have dialed is not in service', etc. If you try to make outgoing calls it says 'link congestion', 'out of service' or 'busy' without even ringing. Do you hear how i speak in the present tense? That is because with two techs coming out and 'fixing the problem', numerous calls made to the centre, numerous chats on their website, numerous faults logged (one of which 'just dissapeared' , where i had to relog it, setting me back two whole weeks) I STILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM. WE ARE ALMOST IN JUNE!!!!!!!!!!!! How can ONE company be so ****ed terrible at their customer service?? I HATE having to crawl up their asses EVERY SINGLE DAY just for them to say 'the technicians are looking at the fault and will give you feedback' but yet they never do!!! For them to tell me that because it is a business line they will be marking it as 'very urgent' and yet it takes me 4 to six weeks of begging before i even hear form them? Ag sies man! Just because you're a big company, that doesnt mean you have the right to give your customers the worst customer service in history! Pull yourself together man! Hire more staff, hire more techs. GET YOUR **** SERVICE IN LINE!!!!!!!!
