Telkom makes me sick they are rogues

Hi again my name is pretisha rajaram my husband and I have been a customer at telkom for many years and we was billed with an amount of 13000 since January 2023 we hve payed the amount of 15000 then we was told that there were extra charges brought on this account by basebone which we didn't subscribe to in the past 2 months my husband has been paying 5000 towards this account in April he payed 4500 and still the account didn't decrease we have been loyal customers to telkom and to be ****** like this is absolutely not fair our current bill for the month is 3000 my husband works very hard and we are paying for this service that's rendered to us we are not using those services for fee everymonth our line is disconnected if we payed so many money already and the account is not subtracted how are we liable for this issue pls I ask that your help be need asap has for customer service at Phoenix plaza telkom is pathetic we need a telkom store at Mt Edgecombe plaza where it's convenient for customers to go because it's difficult for customers to go the plaza on monthends please I humbly request your assistance telkom are rogues robbing people of theys hard earned money
