Telkom makes me pay someone elses mobile contract

I've been paying someone elses mobile phone contract for a long time. Ive called Telkom constantly, go into Telkom shops to complain and try to rectify the problem. But because the contract is not linked to my ID number they apparently cant do anything about it. What ahould I do? Go to the consumer commission? Open a ***** case at the police? Ive paid thousands so far.... Telkom really suck.
