Telkom makes me mad

<p>Telkom billing is making me boil first they bill me 12000 for my contract phone and now they bill me 4600 for my monthly bill that is +- 3000 pm if I call telkom to fix the problem they can't but they want me to pay my bill I want someone from telkom to fix my account so I can pay it Acc no ********** 75672</p>
