Telkom makes loyal customers pays twice for the same service

<p>I am keeping this review brief as I have already posted a previous one with my grievances. Unfortunately Telkom has proved to be ineffective in helping a loyal paying customer and i am forced to pay them twice for the same service. I want someone to call me (so i dont have to waste money on your mistake) and i need to get this cancellation sorted out this month.</p>
