Telkom makes it impossible to sign up for Promo Packages - Call Centre a joke

What does it help if the only way to get sign up for the Promo deals is to have an Agent to call you back, but when they do call, they simply make the call and drop it once you answer. I know working at an ISP service desk how some agents used this trick to show they made callbacks!! So 2 times since I enquired about the FreeMe Promo Voice 50 min deal did this happen.

If your call centre agents are too lazy or scared to make these calls in support of your Promo packages then rather let us sign up at a shop or do it Online and fire the *********** call centre idiots.

I want the FreeMe Promo Voice 50 package at R25 a month. If I get another dropped, we just made the call to show we called the client then I am going to cancel ALL of my Telkom contracts.

I expected more as a loyal customer for more than 10 years using most of the Tellkom services
