Telkom Makes it Impossible to Cancel an account

The single worst company that I have ever been unfortunate enough to deal with. I have been trying to cancel my account, but there is no way to contact an agent. The self-service options on the website are glitchy and don't work. It is clearly designed to make it as difficult as possible to cancel a contract. If you have the option, avoid Telkom at all costs. Dealing with this company is an absolute nightmare. On top of that their products are overpriced and are of poor quality. I can not stress enough how terrible Telkom is. Stay away from them
