TELKOM MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

Telkom is making it impossible to cancel my landline subscription. They continue to send me statements even I have called to cancel on several occasions. I called again today and spoke to Anela Williams who still wouldn't assist me.

I am now referring the matter to the ombudsman. for assistance.

Be careful with this company as they treat customers unfairly. Rather sign-up with other network providers.
