Telkom makes it difficult for cancellation of services you jump through hoops when you finally get put through to the "retentions department" they simply don't answer thier calls. I have been trying for days. I don't believe thier intrested in taking customer calls. When you try alternative options like self service portal for it reverts/directs you back to the call centre this is really horrible service
