Telkom makes is dem difficult to cancel accounts!!

Telkom makes is as difficult as possible to cancel contracts. I have been in Telkoms LTE contact now for 2 years. It has reached the end of the contact period, however still takes money off my account even though the contract has expired. When I went to the telkom store, they stated that they no longer cancel contracts in store, can now only be done on line. The online self help service is not user friendly at all. It really should not be this difficult to cancel a contract. It should be simple and quick. Without having to fill out long forms.
