Telkom makes customers suffer

I took out a contract on the 15th of March, the lady uploaded a top up contract, and I actually wanted an open contract because of the 60gigs of data. I communicated with her advising that she activated the incorrect contract, which she apologized for and said she'd sort it out. I then received my airtime and data. However two months later telkom tries to deduct 5thousand odd Rands from my account, obviously this bounces as I don't have that much funds available, I phone trying to find out why did they deduct so much, this being the 1st of June, a case was logged, and I was told that it was for a contract cancelation, I advised that I didn't cancel my contract, the lady changed it from a top up to an open contract, I asked that I please be contacted and advised as to what amount I need to pay and banking details. I was told to not do a payment until the case is resolved. I phone 3 times after that looking for an answer, I was told case is still pending. On the fourth try I was told that I've been credited and am being charged for missed debit fee. I opened another case as it really was not my fault that the telkom employee loaded an incorrect contract so why should I pay missed debit fee. I am already paying bank fees for which again I am innocent. I made a payment of R658 which is the amount due to telkom on the 16th June 2019, my account was then suspended, I called again to which I was told it takes 3 working days to which 4 has already elapsed. My account is still blocked this being the 24th of June. Why is telkom customer service so pathetic? What happens to all my data that I have which is now being suspended? What happens to all my bank fees incurred? All of this due to a mistake done by one of their staff members. I honestly don't think it's fair for us as customers to be punished for incompetence by telkom staff.
