TELKOM - make the sa Government look GOOD!

I placed an order to have my line moved, after three weeks of promises, I still can't get a definite date of installation - 10213 keeps changing the story.

Tried the social channels to complain or get assistance, and the best reply was on Linkin - where they were clear that was not the channel to spoil their name? rather I should tweet or FB...and no one bothers to try and assist :(
