Telkom maintenance reduced line speed

I live in Farrarmere Benoni, until recently I paid for a 4MB line. In December Telkom contracters replaced the old lines in our area, it wasnt an upgrade but only replacing existing with new cables etc. Since then my line speed dropped to 2MB maximum connection. i called Afrihost, and they confirm the box in my area now only supports 2MB. So telkom is replacing copper with copper, and decreasing their line speeds. and they still have the cheek to keep charging people. absolute *******! FUTURE HOOD? HISTORY HOOD ONLY.
